Two big names in conversion optimisation join Speero’s UK team

We're excited to announced two new additions to our UK team. 

Firstly, we'd like to welcome Paul Postance, a familiar name in the industry. Paul brings a wealth of in-house experience spanning optimisation and digital transformation work for Virgin Media, EE, Shop Direct, and RBS. Over his 20 year career, Paul has delivered in excess of £50 million incremental revenue. He will assist Speero in delivering experimentation programs and consulting on experimentation maturity projects for our enterprise clients. 

Another fresh face to Speero, but no stranger to conversion optimisation, is John Mills. John brings 15 years of experience improving online customer experiences for the like of The National Lottery, Jobsite, and Stena Line. John is also a frequent speaker on the international stage with previous appearances at Oracle Openworld Europe, Maxymiser Symposium, and MeasureFest. John joins as Speero's Director of CRO.
