Annika has been doing digital marketing and optimization since 2012. She brings in-house experience from start-ups to FTSE 100 corporations. Using research skills gained from her master’s degree she tackles complex client problems. Clients include Native, Codecademy, Charles Tyrwhitt, and TeeSpring.
Silver is experienced in auditing and improving advanced digital analytics implementations, running testing and personalization programs at scale and building systems that collect, transform, store, analyze and report on terabytes of data. Clients include Codecademy, MongoDB, BitDefender, and Philips.

Edgar has more than a decade of experience running various companies. All of this experience is applied to crafting CX optimization strategies that maximize the value gained from experimentation. Edgar was awarded the CRO Practitioner of the Year title in 2020 for his client work at Speero. Clients include Admiral, ADP, GoApe, and eBay.
Emma has been working in UX and conversion rate optimization for 10 years. With a background in behavioral research, she is passionate about analyzing user behavior and helping businesses unlock the growth opportunity in truly understanding their users. Emma also has experience building and developing optimization teams, processes, and cultures, most recently at one of the UK’s fastest-growing airlines. Clients include Jabra, Carphone Warehouse, Irwin Mitchell, and First Direct.
László has been with Speero from the very beginning. He originally studied at the Hungarian Academy of Arts, and then worked as a designer for various companies and institutions before joining Speero back in 2011. László works on managing Speero’s visual identity, test designs, and conducting brand and UI audits. He has developed many of our internal processes and models for improving the design and user experience for businesses.

Lucia built her first webshop when she was 11 years old and has continued to build in-depth experience in data, statistics, UX, content, frontend development, qualitative research, and customer psychology. She has more than 5 years of experience optimizing high-traffic environments with millions of visitors and scaling up experimentation programs to 100+ tests a year.
Gertrud is passionate about merging quantitative and qualitative data to get insights into customer behaviors, motivations, and pain points. She was named Young CRO of the Year 2020 and brings a true sense of curiosity and care to all her work. Clients include Bitcasino, MongoDB, BitDefender, and Charles Tyrwhitt.
Carlos has over eight years of experience working in online marketing and mass media. As an agency founder, he has led projects on web development and conversion optimization for more than 80 brands in multiple regions and verticals. This has provided him with broad expertise in e-commerce operations, customer acquisition, digital psychology, and data analysis that let him contribute to driving innovation that delivers more profits.
Shawn has been developing websites, applications and systems since 1996. Shawn founded a development and marketing firm in 2011 focusing on small business needs. He adds to Speero a breadth of experience and knowledge of web development, online marketing/SEO and systems design. Shawn uses his BS in Systems Engineering and PMP certification in all aspects of the research and experiment processes used in the customer experience optimization done at Speero.

Santiago has over 7 years of experience working in digital marketing with US and Colombian-based companies, focusing on strategy and project management, where he has successfully led teams of 5 to 25 individuals. Santiago has worked with over 100 brands from multiple regions and industries, where through AB testing, data analytics, website optimization, and robust marketing strategies (SEM, Paid Social Ads, and Programmatic Advertising) he was able to help brands grow, increase revenue, and their overall performance.
Barbara has been working with digital growth since 2017 with a focus on building and fostering an experimentation culture. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in Economics and a postgraduate in Digital Business. Her past experiences include product management, account management and PLG marketing. She's passionate about translating strategic needs into experiments and executing them collaboratively.
Mickey has over a decade of experience in online marketing working with clients from all over the world in numerous industries, helping them maximize their revenue. He’s worked as an IT Project Manager in enterprise-level companies deploying complex SaaS and infrastructure projects where he’s also developed key skills in transparent reporting and communications.
Vasisth Shiva Kumar
Vasisth received his master's degree in Data Science. He has gained working experience in statistics, website data analysis, and reporting for small scale eCommerce clients. He loves psychology and economics and is always looking to keep himself updated when it comes to novel business trends.
Inger is a project analyst working with international clients in various fields. Her previous experience includes working as a marketing specialist for clients based all around the globe and as a finance consultant helping clients with accounting and analyzing their financial situation. She's eager to provide the best experience for her clients' customers and be a part of their success story.
Jelena graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Digital Advertising in Ireland. She joined Speero bringing with her a range of marketing and account management skills. Her previous roles include working for Google and Accenture, where she managed large portfolios of clients and projects across EMEA. Jelena continues to expand her knowledge, pursuing a range of courses and accreditations across marketing disciplines.
Carlos works as an experimentation analyst at Speero. He's passionate about finding patterns in data, working on research analysis, and digging into analytical tools to come up with testing opportunities. Carlos is always learning and improving his expertise. He's also a CXL-certified conversion optimizer and growth marketer.
Lizette is an analyst and researcher with a master's degree in Communication Theory. She has 12 years of experience in digital research in the Academic field, Politics and Government, Technology, and Retail industries. Lizette is passionate about understanding customer behavior, the patterns, and the motivation underlying those behaviors. She is interested in exploring and trying out new and innovative remote research methodologies, especially those related to social media users' natural expressions.
David started out as Quality Assurance Specialist, and over the years has acquired a lot of experience with different types of experiments using every kind of testing platform. David is always looking to extend his knowledge and now also helps perform Google Analytics Health Checks and Test Bandwidth Calculations for our clients.
Mihkel has more than 7 years of experience in full-stack web development, with a particular focus on front-end development. He has expanded his knowledge into implementing and customizing martech solutions too. Mihkel has built over 300 A/B tests using industry-leading tools such as Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, Sitespect, Adobe Target, and more.
Mate is a front-end developer with experience in a wide range of technologies. He’s determined to find the optimal solution to any client needs with a special focus on delivering a more enjoyable user experience. He’s applied his skills to various fields, including airfleet management and manufacturing industry, before joining Speero in 2019.
Sabina is part of the technical team, working as a frontend developer on the implementation of A/B tests. She enjoys being exposed to new concepts and ideas on a consistent basis and is particularly keen on accuracy and transparency. Before joining Speero in 2022, Sabina worked on large-scale, international projects in industries ranging from telecommunication and automotive to personnel development and aviation.
Ferenc has many years of programming experience and works on a daily basis with leading customer optimization platforms such as Google Optimize, Optimizely, Sitespect, VWO, PageSense, and more. In the past, he worked with many startups and entrepreneurs to bring their visions to life through programming.
Levente had been developing A/B tests for Speero since 2020, using tools such as Google Optimize, Adobe Target, Convert, Optimizely, VWO, and SiteSpect. He is always on the lookout for new technologies and developments in the field of front-end development, both to deliver the best possible experience and expand his own knowledge base.
Diana has a Bachelor's degree in Web Development. She has multiple years of a working experience as a front-end developer building websites and tools in a range of fields, including the advertising and motion graphics industry. Diana is a great fit for Speero's development team.
With a BA in Graphic Design and a Masters in Economics, Andrea brings an eye for detail and business acumen to her role as QA specialist. She has more than ten years of experience in UX/UI design and web development. Curious, and a continuous learner, Andrea brings a great mix of skills and experience to the Speero team.
Daleska has more than 5 years of experience in UX and UI design. She is able to create a solution or service from the beginning of the research process to implementation and maintenance stages. She enjoys opportunities to work collaboratively, advance in leadership roles, and engage in innovative processes and new technology.
Liisi has worked in HR for more than 10 years in different industries; retail, business consultancies, logistics, IT, and software development. Liisi brings extensive knowledge from her Masters’s in Human Resources and continues to learn more about her changing field with regular courses. She is great at supporting Speero as we grow through different HR activities from recruiting to team development and HR policies.
Katre is tackling the daily challenges of our operations function helping to ensure our team can do their best work. She has studied psychology and communication science at the University of Tartu. Katre has hands-on experience as an analyst and was one of the organizers of the CXL Live conference which means she has a great understanding of the needs of our team and customers.
Elina received her bachelor's degree from the Estonian Academy of Security Sciences in taxation and customs. Previously she has had several internships in taxation, accounting and auditing fields in Estonia and Malta. From there she pursued her finance career at Deloitte, working in the audit department for five years before joining Speero.
Julia has gained extensive work experience in sales and account management across international companies specializing in IT, Software Development, and SAAS. After she graduated in Italy with an MBA from Bocconi University, Julia started to work in HR for a rapidly growing FinTech startup and tripled the number of employees within a year. Julia joined Speero to master the entire talent acquisition process and help to grow the company with the best minds in the industry.
