Speero was founded back in 2011 as CXL. Its founders Peep Laja - the #1 most influential conversion rate optimization expert in the world -and Viljo Vabrit, have always prioritized optimizing customer experiences.

Over the years the business has delivered results for hundreds of brands all over the world. In 2020 the company changed its name from ‘CXL’ to Speero, to support its renewed focus on helping companies understand their customers better through data, research, and experimentation to drives long-term growth not just short term wins.

Edgar has more than a decade of experience running various companies. All of this experience is applied to crafting CX optimization strategies that maximize the value gained from experimentation.
