Experience in scaling large experimentation programs is hard to find. The most seasoned experimentation pros tell you where and how to scale your testing program
A quick audit+advisory workshop approach. Experienced agency & in-house industry consultants assess your program and provide "hard-earned, 'lived'' advice to your team.
We start with the audit part. A quick yet robust gap-finding audit survey we send to your core program leader(s). This helps establish the current and desired 'state-of-the-program' among your area priorities as well as the core pillars of any program:
We create a collaborative Miro board with the audit results
The team of industry consultants / advisors is selected based on relevancy to your organizations size, industry, and set of key problems.
All consultants asynchronously review the structured results, providing thoughts and questions.
A structured advisory and coaching workshop is facilitated with your team to go over our feedback, review responses together, and optionally live-audit example processes or tests that your team wants feedback on.
You are left with structured advice on where/how to scale your program. This comes in the form of an annotated Miro board, survey results, and full workshop recording. We also offer follow-up sessions for implementation questions.
We schedule only one of these per month.

To get things started, we'll need you to send a survey link to your teams. We also need a small amount of time from your team and program owner(s) to provide background and info on your experimentation program. We encourage your wider teams to get involved with the Miro board and come to the workshop, so everyone benefits from the answered questions and advice.
