Pricing Options

Generally a flat fee of $3000-5000 plus expert consultant time (~$200-$500/hr for guest consultants hired outside of Speero)

Consultant costs range from $250 (most common) to $500 per hour depending on experience and availability. They each spend approximately 3-5 hours on average.

Your Participation

We need at least your core program owner(s) to 1. spend time with the homework of our audit survey and provide detailed information on the program/workshop needs, and 2. attend the workshop. Your broader team of practitioners are encouraged to join the workshop and engage in the provided Miro board before and after.
