CRO specialist or strategist

  • Ability to analyze and interpret data (both qualitative and quantitative), draw conclusions, and pitch actionable strategies, results, and insights to a wide variety of stakeholders and senior management.
  • Experience in conducting post-test analysis for A/B tests, with a good understanding of statistics and the ability to recommend next steps, iteration ideas, or further research from that data.
  • Ability to put together monthly, quarterly or annual reports that summarize research or experiment learnings with top insights and can spot patterns in various experiment results.
  • Can present insights & results with engaging storytelling to executive stakeholders
  • Experience with customer experience optimization, data analysis and/or research.
  • Ability to put together experiment roadmaps (while avoiding overlaps and ensuring clean data), as well as prioritize tests.
  • Ability to pitch experiment ideas and ensure that the testing pipeline is full of hypotheses to validate.

CRO Developer

Aka A/B test developer
  • Very good front-end web development skills, including HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Experience turning mockups and designs into pixel-perfect web experiences.
  • Experience with modern web technologies such as React.
  • Knowledge of web analytics and tracking, tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
