Experimentation / CRO

Experimentation and Testing Programs acknowledge that the future is uncertain. These programs focus on getting better data to product and marketing teams to make better decisions.

Research & Strategy

We believe that research is an integral part of experimentation. Our research projects aim to identify optimization opportunities by uncovering what really matters to your website users and customers.

Data and Analytics

90% of the analytics setups we’ve seen are critically flawed. Our data analytics audit services give you the confidence to make better decisions with data you can trust.

Analytics Analysis

An in-depth analysis of your analytics data helps you understand who is coming to your website, how they behave on-site, where users are dropping out, and where the experience is causing friction. Uncovering these insights can support on-site optimization as well as other aspects of your digital marketing strategy.

Who is Analytics Analysis for?

Analytics analysis is aimed at any business looking to better utilize its analytics data. Ultimately, analytics analysis helps to improve conversion rates and user experience by providing recommendations to support optimization. Insights from the analytics analysis can also support configuration improvements.

Soon old Universal Analytics (UA) will be shut-down and solely replaced by GA4. We can also support you in transitioning to GA4, and in making sense of your GA4 data.

How it works

1

Planning

We assign a team of UX specialists, an analyst, and a project manager to your project and start by learning about your business, challenges, and goals via an intake survey to make sure we’re aligned.
2

Configuration Audit

After learning about your business and your website, our analytics team will conduct a thorough audit of your analytics configuration; evaluating your settings, events, and goals.
3

Data Analysis

Once any configuration issues have been fixed, our team of analysts will begin the analysis phase. We’ll start with top-level reports and dig deeper into individual segments (device, channel, user type, etc), pages and events.
4

Reporting

All insights will be collated into an insights and recommendations report. We’ll highlight the data, what it means and make recommendations on how it can be used to optimize your digital marketing strategy.
5

Findings Presentation

The team will present the insights and recommendations report via Zoom. We’ll include time to discuss any of the insights in more depth.

“Having spent the last decade developing a brand and product line, we found we were unable to disengage emotionally and to truly understand our market and our customer’s mindset.
Speero’s process has removed the emotional and sophistication bias we have with our market, and allowed the data and testing to paint the real picture, presenting our audience with what THEY need, rather than what WE need, to ultimately accomplish our goals.
The results of this project have improved top, and bottom-line numbers, and increased customer satisfaction – a huge element in building brand equity in our market.”
