Zoho PageSense review: features, pricing, and AI capabilities

Platform overview

Zoho PageSense is the conversion optimization product inside the Zoho suite, built on four pillars: A/B testing (split-URL, full-stack, server-side), conversion optimization (funnel analysis, form analytics, goal tracking, session recording), heatmaps (visual, scroll, click) and personalization.

Zia, Zoho's AI assistant, runs across the suite and can answer questions about experiment performance, suggest test ideas and trigger PageSense actions. Zoho also runs a workspace-level MCP platform (zoho.com/mcp) that exposes app actions to agents like Claude and ChatGPT over JSON-over-HTTPS. PageSense actions can go through it, but there's no PageSense-specific MCP documentation yet.

SDKs: .NET/C#, Android (Java/Kotlin), iOS (Swift/Obj-C). Integrations span the Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Flow, Forms, Commerce, SalesIQ) plus GA4, GTM, Mixpanel, KISSmetrics, Google Ads and Intercom. Pricing runs from a forever-free tier (5K users) through Professional and Enterprise (10K+ users, full A/B testing) to an Agency edition.

Compliance is the strongest among mid-tier CRO vendors: ISO 27001, ISO 27701, HIPAA (toggleable per project), GDPR, SAML SSO, anonymized IP and privacy masking in session recordings. No warehouse connectors, and SOC 2 isn't referenced for PageSense specifically, though it likely applies at the Zoho suite level.
